Our NanoX 3D Printing filament has improved mechanical properties but with no increase to weight. It is uniquely targeted towards the 3D printing aerospace and semiconductor industries. The polymer also has included carbon fibres and carbon black that make it both highly conductive and extremely strong.
This experimental 3D Printing Filament contains 0.2% by weight multi-walled carbon nanotubes 2% carbon black and 5% carbon fibre contents. This gives it enhanced electrical and mechanical properties. Extruder: 245- 255°C (Desktop printers). NanoX is a PET-based product and has a higher melt viscosity that traditional PET. Therefore; it is necessary to print at higher temperatures to allow the resin to flow properly. Bed Temp: 100-110°C. Bed Prep: Kapton Tape
