Vexon is developing a range of printed electronics applications. This research is centred around the integration of conductive silver and graphene materials with traditional polymer technology.
We develop both conductive and insulating inks as well as develop the technologies that allow these materials to be deposited to form complex 3D structures.
We develop and manufacture printed biosensors, flexible thermocouples and circuits for a wide range of high-end applications, including defence, aerospace and biomedical markets.
Vexon has the expertise to print metallic systems, conductive inks and pastes as well conductive photopolymers. We have inhouse screen printing, offset lithography, flexographic printing gravure printing and digital printing.
Over the past ten-years Vexon has pioneered many commercial applications of printed electronics. This is particularly the case of our ClearX Iontophoretic devices that allow for transdermal drug delivery by use of a voltage gradient on the skin.
This exciting device transports many different molecules across the stratum corneum by electrophoresis. The electric field can also increase the permeability of the skin.
